Are you a working mum experiencing low energy, and struggling with your work life balance? Mobile Health and Wellness conducts sessions specifically to support you as a working mum to increase your energy, and achieve your Health and Wellness goals.

Health & Wellness Coaching Session
1-2 hour session weekly
Session times are flexible with a minimum of 1 hour per week
Most Mums find 6-12 sessions over 3-6 months are enough to make significant change.
A tailored Nutritional Therapy session can be added into your program at no extra cost if you wish to learn how a specific way of eating for you can improve your energy, nourish your mind and body and help you cope as a busy working mum.
- Plenty of resources specific to needs of a busy mum to educate and support you on your journey.
- Personal support between sessions via email as required.
- Flexible coaching options in order to help you make this journey
Some employers may be interested in supporting you financially to improve your wellness as part of a workplace wellness initiative.
Wellness Coaching Package
- Coaching packages over 12-24 weekly session
- $1350 for 3 months paid in full save $150
- $1500 paid off @$125 a week or $500 monthly x 3 payments
- $2500 for 6 month paid in full save $300
- $2700 paid off @$112 a week or $450 monthly x 6 payments
Nutritional Therapy session
- Designed specifically for you and/or your family circumstances to improve energy, nourish the mind and body and help you cope as a busy working mum.
$300 1 ½ hours session including a nutrition plan - For best results add a series of coaching sessions to support you to implement your plan ($150 each) min 3
Group Coaching Course or Wellness workshops
Group Courses
An 8 week course with a combination of group coaching and knowledge sessions.
Based on a series of different issues common to busy working mums, to help you overcome obstacles that may be impacting on your personal or family wellness.
You may wish to create a wellness group with other interested mums or work colleagues you already know or, become part of a new group.
($240 per person) in person in Porirua area.
Wellness Workshops
You may like to host a 2 hour Wellness Workshop which I can personalise for you and your friends. Experience some simple super food recipes & medicinal essential oils that will help you sit back and relax while we discuss a topic of choice. $35 per person limited to 6 Mums per session.

- How to manage your stress in your unique situation to stay on top
- How to create sleep hygiene and wind down routines in the evening in order to get restorative sleep
- How to create realistic exercise and movement habits suitable for your unique situation that you enjoy
- Finding enjoyment in your days by prioritising time to do the things you love and enjoy
- Creating a personalised simple daily energy management practice that you can follow to nourish yourself and keep you energised daily.
- How to create strategies that you can use to reset when things don't go to plan! Build up your resilience and bounce back quickly
